A university based in NYC is hiring an Executive Admin for one of their departments. The admin will support the VP and department with administrative duties, external communication, and organizing events. The ideal candidate has 4 years of professional administrative experience, a strong foundation in communication and administrative skills, and is available to start on a temporary basis. Requirements: 4 years of administrative experience Calendar management, expense reporting, etc. Strong communication skills, especially written (any experience with coordinating with people outside of organization in a professional way, i.e., donors, foundations, vendors, etc.) Preferred Skills: 1 years of Executive support experience Events experience Compensation: $24-27/hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
