Home Health Physical Therapist Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville, AR seeking a PRN Speech Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements: Active Arkansas Speech Therapy license or registered in the state of Arkansas. A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact. Home Health experience is a plus but not required. Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to: Visit patients within our Hot Springs service area to provide care in their homes or assisted living facilities. Develop and execute personalized speech therapy care plans for each patient. Record patient progress, including admissions, discharges, OASIS assessments, and regular updates to the Director. Complete any other assigned tasks.
