A day in the life: In this role, you’re the key to making our products and technology usable, enjoyable and accessible for users. As a Senior UX Designer, you have the opportunity to solve real user problems and improve end user experience with creative solutions. Putting the user first, and understanding user-centered design principles to work from discovery and concept ideation, through flows and wireframes, to full-fidelity designs building engaging user experiences for multiple user groups that solve business objectives with purpose and simplicity. Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements. Think big and champion cohesion in UX design using LovelySkin’s design system that unites a growing assortment of products, while continuing to seek improvement and innovation. Deliver results by presenting and articulating your design process, inspiration, and decisions to company leadership. Actively participate in an agile product design&development process to drive continuous value delivery. Work closely with development to ensure a quality design system that enables Product to release experiences efficiently and at scale. Compensation: $75,000-95,000 (Dependent on Experience) and Bonus Eligible Location: On-site- Omaha, Nebraska Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule: Hybrid work schedule About you: 2-4 years of UX design experience or equivalent; ecommerce experience highly desired. UX Certification or equivalent degree in visual design, graphic design, computer science or web development. Able to submit a portfolio that includes examples of wire framing, project scopes, and finished products. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Own overall end-to-end user experience – from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow. Experience with the full UX design process including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
