We pride ourselves in providing our employees: • Enjoyable, supportive, and positive company culture • Flexible and manageable schedules built around your individual needs • Collaboration within a small, dynamic team across various programs • Ability to develop skills and create programs/trainings within an area of interest • Pathways for career advancement • Professional mentorship, training, team building, and networking opportunities Compensation and Benefits: • W2 and 1099 Independent Contract positions available • Competitive compensation based on education and experience • Excellent benefits package for full-time employees including health insurance, vision, dental, 401k with 3% matching • Paid Time Off along with paid holidays • Cell phone and mileage reimbursement Job Description: • Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) • Screen, evaluate, and write reports on student levels, needs, strengths, and progress using approved testing and assessment tools • Analyze and interpret formal and informal assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for effective instruction to improve student speech/language skills. • Works with school personnel and parents to design and implement the students intervention plan, individual service plan, or individual student plan most appropriate to address the students need • Serves as a member of the schools multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of students goals • Complete, update, and maintain required documentation • Perform other appropriate duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License • PA Department of Education Teaching Certification • Must be comfortable using a computer • Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards • Current clearances (within 6 months) About us: PRO Companies is a dynamic organization that employs professionals across diverse positions within their human services and health and wellness divisions.
