We offer Great Pay and Great Benefits, including a guaranteed 40-hour work week Overview: The Roll Clamp Operator will safely load and unload freight with the use of a roll clamp forklift. As a Roll Clamp Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our warehouse processes to ensure best in class customer service. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, load, or unload materials in an efficient manner according to established procedures - Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues - Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to prioritize tasks and optimize material movement - Perform duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of material movements using appropriate systems and documentation - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including all safety protocols and OSHA safety standards - Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications: - Previous experience operating a forklift or lift truck with roll clamp attachment in a warehouse or distribution center setting - Mechanical knowledge is helpful - Familiarity with safety protocols for forklift operation - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Ability to pass pre-employment screening -High school diploma or equivalent preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
