Job Duties: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and complete reminder calls. Maintain the organization of the reception area and other common spaces. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages. Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A professional appearance and a commitment to customer service.
