Job Description: Ryan Companies has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our team in Chicago The Real Estate Coordinator provides administrative support to real estate management operations while maintaining and demonstrating a clear understanding of property management processes, procedures and guidelines. The position assists in a team environment and works to meet or exceed internal and external customer needs. This position requires 5 days per week in the office. Some things you can expect to do: Communicate and work with external customers, subcontractors and tenants Assist in budgeting process Prepare, distribute and follow up on property market studies Coordinate tenant service requests Assist in implementing tenant relationship plans Able to collect delinquent rent while maintaining positive tenant relationships Mentor/train Property Assistant at entry level Job Requirements: 2 years of experience in property management Strong knowledge of property management billing and process software Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to assist in the budgeting process with a good knowledge of accounting You will really stand out if you have: Working knowledge of JDE, MRI, Nexus, Concur, Corrigo, MS Teams Demonstrated commitment to exceeding internal and external customer expectations Strong verbal and written communication skills Very strong organizational skills; ability to maintain a property filing system Strong knowledge of property management terminology and processes Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The base pay is $24.71 - $30.87 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
