Job Description Job Description Newly created role to support Owner with administrative tasks, while also acting as the Property Manager for a portfolio of apartment communities. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including resident relations and maintenance requests. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing. Provide administrative support to the Owner as needed. Maintain effective phone etiquette while answering calls and addressing inquiries from tenants and vendors. Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in property management required. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Strong customer support skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
