Job Description Job Description We are seeking an EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER -216 Unit Townhouse Rental Apartment Community to become a part of our team Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all activity - tenant relations, leasing, collections, maintenance, purchasing, vendor relations Oversee marketing Oversee tenant relations Ensure make readies are completed properly and promptly Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Oversee purchasing and vendor relations Oversee collections Enforce property rules and regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in property management Familiarity with apartment leases and applicable laws and regulations Ability to communicate well and build rapport with tenants and staff Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Property Management Software a must- AppFolio preferred Computer&IT Skills a must Company Description Our company strives to create a great living environment for our tenants, as well as a great working environment for our employees.
