Job Description The property management assistant will be in charge of basic day-to-day property management operations. This includes showing properties, processing applications, and other data from potential and current residence, and uploading them into our management systems. As a PMA your duties includes working with tenants, delivering notices to tenants, participating in evictions, and performing property inspections. Entering in maintenance tickets, following up with repairs, and checking in with tenants after repairs. Be able to communicate with other staff, promptly to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. At Integrity Realty Management everyone participates in marketing this includes placing marketing aids, upselling our property management company to potential Landlords, and participating in community outreach. We require PMAs to participate in community outreach at least 2 times a month. Requirements Driver’s license – and copy of driving record. Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDFs Must be able to perform basic computer operations. Ability to learn Rent Manager, Showmojo, and other management systems. Able to lift 50 lbs. continually. Physically able to walk up and down stairs and be on feet or in a chair for extended periods of time.
