This position offers a great opportunity to advance within the company. Requirements are as follows: -Self-starter, takes initiative, follows up and through process -Pleasant phone manners -Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented and have great organizational skills -Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have property management experience in affordable housing, tenant relations, processing maintenance work orders, apartment leasing etc. Bilingual is a plus -Software experience: Should have working knowledge of One-site, Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft office programs -Attendance and punctuality very important
