We work collaboratively with a health structure of work/home life balance and try very hard to separate rounding duties from admitting. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible physician assistants. Minimum of one year hospitalist experience as a physician assistant. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: This is a nocturnist position, working 7-on/7-off, 7 pm – 7 am handling cross-coverage calls. Key Responsibilities: Have a patient-centered and caring mindset and the ability to deal with complex medical and social situations. Be part of a successful GME program with residents and medical students that we help train. Work in EPIC, with access to our own internal informatics platform.
