We are currently recruiting for Packing Operative (Afternoon Shift) to join our Team at Spalding site. Monday – Friday 13:30 – 23:00 Voluntary overtime/weekend work also available. Successful candidates will be required to work in a Chilled Food Production Environment undertaking manual handling tasks, handling raw meat and ensuring that all products are packaged safely in accordance with customer specification. Your duties will include: Working as part of a team to meet production targets. Complying with Company Policies and Procedures. Adhering to Health&Safety and Food Safety rules at all times. Maintaining responsibility for operational effectiveness of equipment and machinery and reporting faults to Management in a timely manner. Carrying out any other reasonable tasks assigned necessary to meet business needs.
