This individual provides centralized administrative support, program-specific administrative support, IT support, and facilities management directly supporting all BCNC programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across all sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. The Operations Support Staff reports directly to the Director of Operations. What You Will Do Serve as front desk support at the Quincy site. Greet, screen, and direct all visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office. Maintain facility security and safety and provide consistent communication with appropriate staff regarding safety issues. Provide basic IT and desktop support to staff. Provide administrative support to programs, including data entry and database maintenance. Other duties assigned by the Director of Operations. What We Look For A high school diploma is required. An associate degree is preferred. A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a professional setting. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment. Experience with databases and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience in providing customer service preferred. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, with attention to detail. Professional working proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese a plus. Working Conditions Must be available to work a flexible schedule and may require local travel during the workday. Work is performed primarily in a standard work environment, including the operation of computer equipment and physical demands associated with a traditional work setting, e.g., walking, standing, communicating, and other physical functions, as necessary.
