Supporting employees in their career goals About the Role: The Litigation Claims Advocate will advocate for clients, ensuring carriers properly handle claims, focusing on non-auto cases. They manage claims, litigation, and legal issues, report case status, and assist with legal projects. A coverage expert, they primarily support car dealerships in NV and CA. The Ideal Candidate Has: 3 years of relevant legal and/or claims experience. Strong understanding of general litigation procedures. Familiarity with commercial and personal insurance issues, including policy reporting and statutory requirements. Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of brokers, third-party administrators, and consultants. Proficient in liability contract language and legal terminology. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. P&C License preferred (not required).
