The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure a smooth functioning and efficient workplace. Responsibilities: Ensuring assigned tasks are done accurately and on-time. Corresponding with clients, homeowners and vendors. Schedule and coordinate tasks and deadlines. E-filing documents Required Skills: Proficient in file management and organization Strong office skills including task management Basic knowledge of math/accounting skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks daily Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Salary is dependant upon qualifications and experience.
