The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our attorneys. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in organizing medical records and exhibits for depositions, hearings and trials File Management: Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail. Qualifications Associate's degree or paralegal certification preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
