Job Description Job Description Consilio's direct hire division is seeking a legal administrative assistant on behalf of a law firm in Washington, DC. The right candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and adaptable. Hybrid schedule: 3:2 Salary: $85k-$95k Responsibilities: Provides both written and verbal bilingual (English and Spanish) support to attorneys Maintains Outlook Contacts and Calendar Schedules Microsoft Teams conference calls and internal/external meetings. Provides telephone support to paired attorneys Monitors incoming mail (distribute or handle appropriately) Attorney time entry assistance through 3E Workspace Client intake Client billing (3E Proforma) and occasional proofreading in Spanish Processing of expense reports and invoices through Chrome River Handle domestic/international travel arrangements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint i-Manage document management, a plus Preferred experience, 5 years ELS Consilio Direct Hire Division staffs positions for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
