A Nonprofit organization in Beacon, NY is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their growing Human Resources team. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the team with onboarding, payroll, benefit inquiries, and communicating with various departments. The ideal candidate has several years of HR work, and experience with payroll. The position is direct hire, and a hybrid model. Requirements: 1 years of payroll (1000 people) or 2 years of payroll (500 people or less) 1 years of corporate/ professional HR experience Preferred Skills: Paychex experience Education, or nonprofit experience 3 years of HR and payroll experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
