Job Description Job Description Labor Solutions is looking for Forklift Operator for one of their fastest growing customers. This job is temp-to-hire position. 12-hour PM - AM shift. Rotating. Key Responsibilities: Receiving and Processing : Unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments. Ensure all items are correctly labeled and stored. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies. Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards. Equipment Operation : Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any issues. Warehouse Organization : Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Optimize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse operations. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and handle heavy items. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. High school diploma or equivalent.
