Job Description Job Description Shift: Monday to Friday Open any time in the morning (10am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm) Job Description - Duties&Responsibilities: Receiving and distributing packages Scheduling and escorting outside vendors related to facilities (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC etc) Back up to security who mans dock when security guard is on break Creating supply order request for Accounting team to place order Furniture moves as needed Box pick up and storage relocation Ad-hoc organizational projects Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Life experience in any of the areas above a plus Bilingual – English and Spanish Proven experience as facility assistant or coordinator Helpful, courteous attitude towards all.
