Top law firm seeks a Facilities Worker to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling facilities and maintenance requests, have strong customer service and communication skills, and work well under pressure. Responsibilities: Daily Maintenance: Keep office areas, bathrooms, and pantries clean. Inspections: Walk corridors, monitor conditions, and report findings. Projects: Complete in-house moves, facilities requests, and light carpentry tasks. Other Duties: Distribute boxes, clean offices, check recycling, and set up conference rooms. Requirements: At least 3 years of prior facilities or maintenance experience required. Basic tech proficiency is required (ability to check emails on phone). Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds. Preferred Skills: Handyman skills.
