Dispatch technicians to various job sites and manage scheduling within the system. Assist with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including running reports, organizing files, and general office support. Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Word to support daily operations and reporting. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in the mechanical, construction, or plumbing industry. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. Prior experience working with industry-specific portals or dispatch software is highly preferred.
