Job Description We are looking for candidates with prior call center experience who are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and have data entry experience. Additional duties may include proactive communication with customers and clients via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; and drafting status reports on customer service issues.
