Qualifications The Customer Contact Representative must be a recent college graduate who is a critical thinker, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is well-versed in the use of computers. Customer Contact Representative needs: Flexibility - Hours of operation Knowledge/experience in a high volume, production environment One or more years of B2B experience Contact customers via email and/or outbound calls to obtain information or advise on the status of orders/correspondence Interface with Sales, Information Systems, Marketing, Legal, and other departments to ensure compliance with processes/procedures J-18808-Ljbffr
