This person will source and screen candidates for our growing Anesthesia specialty and provide consultative services to physicians and Sound Physicians’ practices/clients as a part of the recruitment process. The Clinical Recruiter will engender respect and credibility for Sound Physicians. Essential Job Qualifications for this position: No less than 3 years experience in physician recruiting or equivalent physician sales/healthcare experience, with 1 years recruiting in Anesthesia. Must possess a track record of filling searches and/or closing deals. Must demonstrate ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful physician relationships. Display a level of sophistication that allows easy interaction with both existing and potential Sound Physicians physician/colleagues as well Sound Physicians’ employees and clients. Bachelor’s Degree required. Essential Job Functions: Must be able to source physician candidates through a variety of mediums including but not limited to cold calling, website postings, trade shows, probing for referrals, etc. Must show skill in engaging physician candidates over the phone to discuss Sound and viable practice opportunities. Must be able to thoroughly screen candidates for fit with Sound’s core values of Integrity, Service Teamwork, Quality and Innovation. Must oversee the referencing process to ensure fit with Anesthesia team. Ability to coordinate all specifics related to an on-site interview including itinerary preparation, travel and real estate tours. Must be able to effectively close candidates by addressing pain points brought forth in contract negotiations. Must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of physician practice issues. Must be able to build relationships and interface effectively with the regional leadership team through regular status updates and by seeking appropriate guidance throughout the recruiting process. Must generate on demand reports related to recruitment activity. Must relate well to physicians and Sound Physicians’ clients. Ability to effectively manage projects and strategize accordingly. Must have strong organizational and communication skills (verbally and in writing), well-developed grammar and composition skills. Requires the ability to handle a heavy workload under deadlines with minimal supervision. Must possess ability to independently understand, follow and implement complex instructions. Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast paced environment. High level of detail and accuracy is required. Projects will be assigned that require proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and database management. Responsibilities include appropriate presentation of Sound Physicians’ physician/candidates, knowledge of medical licensing requirements, maintenance of files and composition of routine correspondence and report. Ability to travel (15%). Positively project the values and goals of Sound Physicians with sophistication and maturity required to build credibility with physicians and Sound Physicians colleagues&clients.
