Job Description Summary: The Engineering Business Manager is responsible for direct management of the Business Administration staff engaged in financial and administrative activities for programs or proposals. Duties/Responsibilities: Support customer-facing operations, serves as primary liaison between company and customers. Prepares and monitors budgets, forecasting, targeting, and attaining goals. Designing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals. Ensure sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment. Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees in the Business Administration function. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Able to perform budget planning, financial analysis, and cost management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software. Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience. Experience: Requires 5-7 years financial and administrative experience in contract interpretation, budget development and administration of government projects.
