Aon is looking for a Business Development Specialist I. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Specialist Program/Lawyers Program business group within Aon Affinity. The Business Development Specialist I is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA. What the day will look like: Support the team with policy renewals, client service, and retention for the Lawyers program Communicate with clients via email correspondence and phone Follow up on client inquiries Process certificate requests, endorsements, and policy changes How this opportunity is different: This role is an introduction to the Aon Affinity Specialty Programs team. You will be encouraged to learn and grow while supporting your colleagues and assisting our clients in the Lawyers Program. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
