Drive efforts to define business and functional requirements for New Programs to be launched on our client’s platforms. Analyze and develop issues/gap analysis for committed Migration programs with recommendations to address identified challenges. Work with Business leads to identify changes in capabilities/benefits associated with planned migrations; assist in developing relevant communication materials. Serve as key resource to educate Project Managers/delivery team regarding solutions to be implemented; work with PM to provide day-to-day direction to assigned migration team. Help coordinate activities between technical staff, system users, end user organizations, developers, system administrators, and managers. This role operates in a very fast-paced environment with tight client deadlines. Effective time management and organizational skills are essential. Strong interpersonal management, communication, and problem resolution skills are required. J-18808-Ljbffr
