Great at checklists and following up Handing office emails Data entry and filing documents Maintaining office cleanliness and supplies Helping with event coordination Team player Qualifications High School Education or higher Technologically savvy is a must Able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, Social Media Programs, and Internet Skills Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly in a fast-paced environment Learning-based and solution-oriented Deadline-driven and extremely organized Open to new ideas and systems Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in time management A true professional who supports the entire team in achieving their goals Compensation $22 - $25 hourly About John L.
