We are seeking a Bilingual(English/Spanish) Call Center Representative to join our client's team at a notable Multi specialty medical practice in the East Hartford, CT area You will be responsible for helping patients by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Answers telephones, screens calls, takes messages and provides information in a timely manner Provides warm transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member Schedules appointments according to scheduling specifications for each physician Verifies new patients benefits and eligibility Keeps physicians' schedule full Completes and mails new patient packets Qualifications: Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish At least 1 year of reception, admin or call center experience in a medical office required Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills INDT Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) Ability to Relocate: East Hartford, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
