Responsibilities This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow) Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information Generating, editing, and posting client invoices Qualifications A minimum of three (3) years prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment J-18808-Ljbffr
