Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to coordinate repairs and maintenance of the properties. Must have experience at a management office at least 2 years and have general knowledge of Repairs and maintenance . Responsibilities: ​​​​​​​will be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions, Will be required to address emergency situations afterhours if needed. Actively monitor the repair request emails and phone calls from tenants, make on premise inspections of repairs and delegate them to the appropriate parties. Document completion of work. The filing all necessary documentation timely with the building department and HPD ( notices to cures, boiler inspections, elevator inspections , etc. ) Coordinate with move outs, lease signing and move ins as well as inspect and delegate the work needed upon vacancy. Regular inspections of the properties , providing the manager with a weekly overview of performance and maintenance update May have to appear in court for violations, must exhibit good verbal skills. ​​​​​​ Applicant must have at least 2 years property management experience and must have knowledge of repairs.
