Take charge of project management, overseeing unit turns and coordinating site projects, ranging from small-scale maintenance to large-scale improvements, across your assigned portfolio. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for everyday property management matters, ensuring seamless operations. Engage in light bookkeeping tasks to support accurate financial record-keeping. Embrace the opportunity for light travel within the Portland-metro area to visit our various property sites, gaining firsthand knowledge of our diverse real estate holdings. Divides portfolio amongst the team Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for effective interaction with team members, tenants, and clients. A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking the initiative to lead and succeed. Possess strong critical thinking abilities to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions. Display a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred, but not required.
