In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction while managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts. You will handle day-to-day service requests and ensure our clients’ needs are met efficiently. Your expertise in commercial insurance products and strong communication skills will be essential as you work closely with carriers, brokers, and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. Knowledge of commercial auto insurance is required.
