This position requires a thorough understanding of radiologic technology and a commitment to patient care. Key Responsibilities: Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for X-ray and fluoroscopic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort. Imaging Operations: Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to safety protocols. Image Quality Assurance: Evaluate images for quality and completeness, ensuring that they meet the necessary standards for diagnosis. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and checks on radiologic equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Qualifications: Education: Graduated from a JRCERT-approved radiology program. Certification: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience: Prior experience as an X-ray Technician in a large hospital setting preferred.
