Now Hiring: Full-Time Remote School Psychologistfor the 2024/2025 School Year Location:Michigan Duration:2024/2025 School Year, 35 Hours a week (7hours a day) Caseload:K-12, there is also an Evaluation Center that sometimes needs additional support from a Virtual School Psychologist School Psychologist Job Description: Provide Counseling and Support: Offer individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional issues, helping students develop coping strategies. Consult with Educators and Parents: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive environments, offering guidance on classroom management and behavioral interventions. Conduct Assessments and Evaluations:Perform assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs, and develop IEPs with intervention recommendations. Develop and Implement Programs: Design programs to promote mental health, prevent bullying, address substance abuse, and conduct workshops for staff, students, and parents. Job Qualifications: Master's degree in School Psychology. Active School Psychology license. At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting. Experience providing virtual therapy services is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
