We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women’s health, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities: Provide primary care and gynecological services to female patients, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and prenatal and postpartum care. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions related to women’s health. Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations. Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and health maintenance. Offer counseling on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and exercise to promote overall health and well-being. Address patient concerns and provide guidance on managing symptoms and treatment plans. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Women’s Health. Current and valid WHNP license in NY. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health, primary care, or OB/GYN settings. Strong clinical skills in women’s health and primary care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. _Please note - The annual base salary range is $135k to $150k.
