Warehouse Operations Manager Responsibilities: Execute and manage routine e-commerce warehouse tasks including product reception, package organizing, shelving, quality control&packing, sorting, return handling, inventory management, palletizing, and shipping. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software. Responsible for warehouse team building, daily management, staff training and disciplining, and labor coordinating. Oversee package handling, shipping volume estimation, and warehouse input/output management. Maintain daily communication with couriers for shipping coordination, cut-off time, and transit time control. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Maintain daily support operation team, expediting exceptional order processes. Achieve warehouse KPIs, operation optimization, and cost control goals. Responsible for warehouse health, safety, and fire control. Continually review, analyze, and improve processes and efficiencies. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
