Job Title: Warehouse Construction/ Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (Some Overtime and Weekends, as needed) Description: The Warehouse Construction / Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and repairing problems in assembly equipment. Duties/Responsibilities: Strong Drywall / Paint / Handyman skills a must Metal Framing Performs building maintenance, and installation of drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc. Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally Rock/tape/float but also has experience in some of the other tasks listed below: Basic knowledge of commercial painting, doors, walls Commercial ceilings and flooring General carpentry Light janitorial Light plumbing and electrical Aluminum commercial entry door repair and adjustments Maintain a professional manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Ability to clearly communicate in spoken and written form Inspects, maintains, and documents all hazardous materials on premises Follow company policies Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn Operate scissor-lift/propane and electric forklift Must provide resume J-18808-Ljbffr
