There is a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Certified Veterinary Technicians hired for this position Qualified candidates will have previous supervisory or leadership experience and experience working in emergency veterinary medicine. Responsibilities: Participate in the hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation process for all ECC Service Staff. Create work schedules, prepare payroll, and process personnel records for Inpatient Service Staff. Maintain a working knowledge of complex diseases to provide nursing care and develop and train members of the ECC team. Assist clinicians in triaging, stabilizing, and providing high-quality nursing care to patients and offer instruction and demonstration to veterinary students, interns, residents, and other technicians.
