Garden State Veterinary Specialists in Eatontown, NJ is looking for Part-time Veterinary Technicians to join our busy Overnight ER department. We have a strong focus on patient care and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: Assist with general anesthesia and sedated procedures Set up CRIs and calculate medical dosages Place IV catheters and provide fluid therapy Position patients for radiographs and ensure radiation safety Administer transfusions and maintain accurate treatment records Prepare blood samples for testing and provide client education Use mechanical ventilators for anesthesia Requirements: CVT/LVT/RVT preferred or 2 years' experience as a technician Experience with anesthetic monitoring and lab procedures Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and client education Ability to work collaboratively and deliver exceptional client service Positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills Commitment to mentor and train staff Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday, 6 pm - 2:30 am or 6 pm - 8 am Salary: Competitive wages based on experience Benefits: Employee Referral Bonus, Mental health support, Uniforms provided Location: Garden State Veterinary Specialists, 246 Industrial Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 J-18808-Ljbffr
