Position Summary: The Utilities Specialist keeps the Bunkhouse, office buildings, or similar buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and laundry services. They ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards while protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies. Key Responsibilities: · Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, kitchen, stairs and office space · Dust office furniture, dust boards&blinds · Clean mirrors, windows&glass doors · Clean walls of debris, insects, etc. · Clean bathrooms including previously mention as well as toilets, urinals&sinks · Clean outlets&switches · Clean all kitchen appliances · Ability to launder clothing and linens · Empty trash and garbage containers and wash as needed · Ensure restrooms are supplied with necessary stock&supplies · Notify management concerning need for repairs · Immediately report all incidents and/or accidents to Supervisor Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
