*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals in a large hospital setting. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans aimed at improving their mobility and overall quality of life. Your expertise in anatomy and rehabilitation techniques will be essential in delivering effective treatment for patients of all ages, including geriatrics and pediatrics.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

*Experience*
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
* Strong background in patient care with a focus acute rehab.
* Familiarity with creating effective care plans based on individual assessments.
* Minimum of 2 years PT Experience
* Minimum of 3-6 months acute experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Pay: $2,785.00 per week
