Minimum 1 years nursing experience required. Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room (OR) Circulating RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Detroit, MI. Detroit, a city known for its rich history, thriving arts scene, and iconic music and automotive culture. Responsibilities: Manage the nursing care of patients during surgical procedures in a circulating capacity. Ensure the operating room is sterile and properly prepared with all necessary equipment and supplies. Monitor patients for changes in vital signs and overall condition during surgery. Collaborate with the surgical team, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to ensure efficient and safe operations. Document patient information, procedure details, and interventions accurately in the EMR system. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and education to patients and their families. Requirements: Active RN license in Michigan. Minimum of 2 years of recent OR Circulating experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Proficiency in various surgical procedures, including general, ortho, neuro, and vascular surgeries. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
