Job Description Company in Cincinnati, OH is searching for the most qualified, empathic, compassionate, energetic and passionate addiction professionals in the world to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial therapy. We are seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist with expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to join our mental health facility focused on substance abuse treatment. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health and substance abuse needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating EMDR as a therapeutic modality. Provide counseling and support to clients in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
