Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing clinical counseling and therapy to individuals, groups, and families. This role requires expertise in crisis management, diagnostic evaluation, and working with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and geriatric clients. The LCSW will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Our team has been staffing hospitals for the last 33 years and is now recruiting for high-paying short-term positions. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being. Perform crisis management interventions as needed to support clients in distress. Complete comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide clinical counseling services using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with developmental disabilities and other complex needs. Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when appropriate to support client progress. Stay current with ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation and reporting. Experience A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Valid LCSW license in the state of practice is mandatory. Proven experience in individual and group counseling, particularly with geriatric populations or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with crisis management techniques and therapeutic interventions is essential. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality is crucial. Experience with diagnostic evaluation processes and the application of ICD-10 codes is highly desirable.
