This role involves conducting assessments, providing counseling, and collaborating with educators and parents to support student well-being. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in school psychology and experience in virtual environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual psychological assessments to identify student needs and challenges. Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral issues. Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop effective support strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Host virtual training sessions and workshops on mental health topics for educators and parents. Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and interventions. Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Licensed School Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
