Job Duties : Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.25621) Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Computer- related occupation. Position requires: 1. Exadata Implementations; 2. Oracle Exadata Cloud Services; 3. ASM architecture; 4. RAC architecture; 5. Clustering technologies from different vendors; 6. Oracle database features; 7. Large Database management systems; 8. Support tools and Oracle diagnostics; 9. Programming and troubleshooting knowledge in C or C++; 10.
