Description of Service Opportunity: After school services to be provided to private school and homeschool students. Required staff: Related Service Providers: Speech and Language, OT, PT, SAC and behavior therapist. Services to be provided include: Academic Support, Wilson/OG Reading, speech and language, physical therapy, occupational therapy, BCBA services, and counseling. Each session consists of 45 minutes of service time and 15 minutes of prep time, with no more than 4 students per group. Up to 5 hours a week. Minimum Requirements: Licensed Staff Length of Contract: September 3, 2024 through June 13, 2025 Contract Amount: $60.00 per hour, not to exceed $7020.00. J-18808-Ljbffr
